The candidate must have proven experience and skills in creating and scaling digital products, having led multidisciplinary technology, design, marketing and business development teams in agile methodologies. Reporting directly to management, the Product Owner will have to lead the growth of the product from all perspectives, accompanying the functional evolution/roadmap of the business and the response and needs of the market.
For this reason, and being able to have more experience or specialization in some of them, experience is required in:
– Program Management
– Management of technological development projects
– Digital product positioning and marketing
– Business development/sales (experience in product pricing strategies and in obtaining funding from startup investors is valuable)
– Management of an income statement based on a business plan
Requirements:
· 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment
· 2-3 years of work experience on Tech / Product teams
· 1 + years of experience on SaaS products
· 1-2 years of work experience on analysis roles and turning insights into actions
· 1-2 years of experience managing complex projects across distributed cross functional teams
· Expertise with modeling tools
· Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI as a plus
· Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation)
· Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
· Sales pitch, you are going to have to make a lot of sales demos
. English level similar to C1
