At Barrabés.biz We are experiencing rapid growth and diversification of our core activities and therefore need to hire a new and talented Scrum Master Tech in Madrid.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our technical team with experience in the development of a software product.

Responsibilities:
Foster an environment for the Team to become high-performing and self- organising,
· Protect Developers from external interruptions and unhelpful interactions
· Help the Team to create a high-value, high-quality product that should be done ‘Done’ each Sprint
· Support the Team to continuously improve through raising awareness, responsibility and helping to generate options
· Supporting and educating the Product Owner (Scrum events, PB management, Sprint Goals, etc)
· Facilitating getting the work done by guiding and supporting
· Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Requirements:
Experience of being dedicated, full-time Scrum Master for more than 3-4 years and 7-8 overall.
· Successfully helping Teams to become more effective at building great products
· Great communication, listening, questioning skills
· Passion and commitment to quality and targets
· Great facilitation skills and experience in running Sprint Retrospectives, other Scrum events and Decision Meetings
· A degree in a numerate or scientific subject, or business management, or equivalent professional experience
Desirable:
. Great training, mentoring and coaching skills
· Experience as a software engineer, developer or QA or technical passion
· Knowledge of cloud solutions and modern software architecture patterns.
· Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) or equivalent
